- Our modular homes are an excellent product and are constructed in a superior manner. Our custom built homes are built under ideal conditions in our state-of-the-art production facility. Each home is made of superior materials from brand name suppliers, built by skilled craftsmen with years of experience and constructed to higher quality standards.
- Modular homes are stronger than site built homes. Modular homes use the strongest of all construction methods. Modular homes are engineered and constructed to be able to be transported to the site.
- Modular homes are faster to build. Conventional site built homes take 6-9 months to complete. The average modular home is usually completed in a shorter amount of time.
